My entire family has discovered a way to slim down for the upcoming June 16 nuptuals.
It all started with my little neice Anna Claire. You see, about 3 weeks ago, she got a stomach bug. She promptly passed it on to her mother (my sister Julie), who passed it on to MY mother, who passed it on to Matt and Amy, who passed it on to Cal at the beach over spring break, who passed it on to me. I was the last, I suppose, out of consideration for the bride. She needs to look the best on the Big Day, right? So she has the least time left to gain back the weight that the virus took off. And took off quickly. And unabashedly.
I woke up with my bout of the illness on Easter Sunday around 6:30 am. The violence of the virus lasted until about 1 a.m. that night, but I have still not felt up to eating anything, and it's now two days later. As of this morning, I was down 6 pounds. 6 pounds! That's like $40 worth of Weight Watchers fees!
Although it was quick, it was NOT painless, and I don't recommend the Diet to anyone. Now, back to my gatorade...

I had that two weeks ago. Throw up on BOTH ends= not a fun day. I lost ten pounds, and drank water for three days straight.
Poor Mir!!!
so when is the big day?
If you are anything like me, you will put that six pounds back on the sec you smell your first meal. lol
my best friend, her hubby, and her baby had that very same thing on easter and have just now kicked it.
that is twice in one year you got the "sick diet"...no fair!!! please please come breathe on me and lick all the cups in my cupboard...glad you are feeling better! ohhh...and I bet that means you got to extend your spring break to recover--excellent timing...a sick day at home is ALWAYS better than a well day at work.
